Jen has held a variety of accounting positions for several small businesses in northeastern Ohio and southwestern Pennsylvania prior to the founding of Back Roads Energy, Inc.
Jen serves as the President of Back Roads Energy.
Jen is responsible for all facets of client billing, receiving and managing incoming payments from those clients, and the allocation of funds. She is also responsible for the collection of contractor and employee invoices, and the validation of accurate information and time tracking through those invoices.
Jen also assesses company financials to create and track long-term company goals and day-to-day spending.
Jen also assists with the new hire process including the setup of background checks and drug testing, and the collection of items necessary for the hiring process. She also plans and executes company functions including employee meetings, trainings and events.

With more than 13 years of experience in the energy industry, Marc has been on several sides of the oil and gas field. Marc got his start in the industry working for Halliburton, where he operated iron, cement and acid trucks. With deep family roots in the oil and gas industry, Marc was introduced to his father’s line of work in Ohio in 2005 and started his adventure in land, where he worked to educate landowners, purchase meter sites, settle curative title issues and negotiate leases, among many other responsibilities.
His desire to be an entrepreneur started at an early age with jobs like mowing grass and detailing cars, and has since led to the creation of Back Roads Energy with his business partner, Perry, in 2013.
Marc is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Back Roads Energy including hiring, directing and managing projects, compliance, nurturing client relationships and new business development, among other responsibilities.
Marc is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL (MLBC) and the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association.

Following her more than 10-year career in the communication and public relations fields, Pam serves Back Roads Energy as the vice president.
In addition to collaborating on the long-term strategies of the business, Pam is responsible for all advertising, marketing, public relations and human resources aspects of the business. Her day-to-day responsibilities include the creation of content for promotional materials and reports, assisting in the new hire process, guiding employees through open enrollment and the planning and executing of company functions including employee meetings, trainings and events.
Pam also serves as an adjunct professor at Waynesburg University in the departments of communication and business.
Pam earned a B.A. in Communications, with an emphasis in Journalism, from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA, and an M.B.A. from Waynesburg, University.

Following his retirement from professional baseball in 2007, Perry got his start in the oil and gas industry in January of 2008. As Appalachia began the Marcellus boom, Perry focused on abstracting, genealogy and leasing in southwestern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. The bulk of his experience centers around well pad development and surface asset acquisition.
In 2013, Perry joined Marc to create Back Roads Energy, Inc.

Perry earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, WV, and an M.B.A. from Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, PA. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

Bev Jordan, RPL
With more than 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Bev has proficiency in a number of professional roles including, but not limited to, acquisitions, genealogy, title abstracting, project management, quality control, interviewing and hiring. She joined Back Roads Energy in January of 2014, and currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Growth & Recruitment
Bev is responsible for staffing, training, leading and managing Back Roads Energy teams as they perform the job responsibilities and expectations set forth by both the client and the established practices of Back Roads Energy.
Bev also assists Back Roads Energy with its overall short- and long-term strategic goals as they relate to business development, client satisfaction, the production of high-quality work, the hiring of highly-skilled and qualified individuals, and the emphasis of upholding a People First business.
Bev is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC), Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association (NALA) and the National Association of Land Title Examiners and Abstractors (NALTEA).

Randy Littlecott, CPL
Randy serves as the Vice President of Land and Business Development at Back Roads Energy.
He is responsible for business acquisition, relationship development and the management of a variety of projects at Back Roads Energy.
Randy started in Oil & Gas Industry in 2005 and has worked much of the Appalachian Basin. He is heavily involved with the Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association (NALA), where he currently serves as the President and Chair of the Education Committee. He is also a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of AAPL (MLBC-AAPL).
No stranger to the industry, Randy has worked as a Crew Chief, Project Manager and Land Manager for 13 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in many facets of the industry.
