Back Roads Energy Names Dillow Director of Construction Services

Excited for growth and expansion, Back Roads Energy announces the hiring of Aaron Dillow who will serve as the Director of Construction Services at Back Roads.

Dillow’s hiring will afford Back Roads the ability to add small- to medium-sized construction projects including, but not limited to, maintenance and repair, fencing, quality assessment (QA) and quality control (QC) projects and erosion control, to the company’s continuously evolving list of client offerings.

In addition to construction, Dillow will play a vital role in the implementation of future Back Road’s offerings – most notably surveying. Imminent services will include survey and mapping within the oil and gas industry, as well as property development, commercial and residential real estate, engineering and permitting.

Dillow comes to Back Roads Energy with nearly 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, and a wealth of knowledge spanning many facets of the industry. Dillow has experienced success in the areas of well site design and construction; permitting; compliance; safety; drilling and production; repairs; and well completions.

The importance he places on accuracy, timeliness, safety, client satisfaction and high-quality results parallel with Back Road’s unwavering emphasis on the same.
